Autobrake Wilco and Saitek rudder braking

Hi all.
Landing with Wilco airbus series 1 Saitek rudders and yoke and autobrake armed when switching off decel braking on autobraking it is continuing to brake on fsx ( brake warning on FSX). Tapping the rudder brakes does not switch of decel on autobrake and the only was to disconnect manual braking is to step on the brakes again, which causes a jerk.
I fear a comm problem between wilco an saitek.
