Exclamation Saitek GM3200 Gaming Mouse Problems

I recently purchased this mouse and the middle mouse scroll button has issues. I'm talking about the button on it when you push it to auto scroll pages etc.

Now to get it to work i either have to press super hard or push at the bottom on the mouse wheel and it may or may not work. Anyone else have this mouse and does it act like this for you?

Good Day

Hi,

That sounds like a fault with the mouse wheel itself. Return it to the retailer for an exchange.

Thumbs down

Well here is the update on the mouse it now skips when you try to use it on the surface. Tracks here and there and sometimes not at all. Emailed tech about this 3 weeks ago still no reply from the what-so-ever. And looking through the forums seems this mouse is very faulty from what i read so far.

Now i want to do a RMA does this company offer a rma as from what i read the ending results state take it back to where you bought it. Well if you bought it online you have to go through a random act of god to get it sent back.

No what do i need to do to send back to "SAITEK" not the online store i purchased it from. That way if i get it back from you i think it will be fully functional.

So info me on this process for rma here. As i need to get this mouse sent off.

Good Day

P.S. I now see you have a forum for the "GM3200" so if it needs to be moved please do so.

Hi,

Returns are handled differently depending on what country you are in.

US returns are handled by techsupport@madcatzREMOVETHIS.com (remove this for spam bot purposes). If you are in the US you can email them and the folks there will set you up with an RMA.

UK returns are slightly different as the first year of the warranty is with the retailer.
