Installing cyborg 3d platinum on a 32bit vista

Hello please help me getting well stressed now

I have got a cyborg 3d platinum and cant get it to work I can install the driver but I cant get the computer to find the joystick.

I have installed every 32 bit driver for this joystick and still the same problem on your web site its says that you dont need a driver but when i open device mgr and open the usb list i still cant see it.

Can someone please tell me what to do step by step.

has your system updated to Vista SP1?

Check this by hitting start, highlighting computer and right clicking. Sometime between the time the Sd6 software and drivers release and SP1 release for vista there is an update or series of updates that change things in such a way that the Sd6 installers don't work as they were designed to..this isn't a fault of saiteks, but microsoft. They broke something in the process of fixin somethin else. You aren't the only one having issues with SD6 after SP1. Its widespread over various sticks, gamepads, etc.

Thnx for helping me mate, I am running on sp1 so I dont know what the problem is could be my joystick going to install on anther computer.
