Pro flight yoke

Hello,
I have just buy new pro flight yoke system, and it is not recognize by my 2 different pc with USB connection (alim +550 W) windows xp sp2 on each

I see that there is a power connection (5 volt) near the usb Hub but i had no power suppy joined in the box...

- is there any 5 volt power supply normally provide with the yoke system in the box and ?
- it is needed to work ?
- if yes how can i obtain the missing one ?

Hi,

No, the power connector is only for turning the USB hub there into a self-powered hub; the Yoke should detect on its own with no need for power.

That it's doing the same thing on two different PCs though could indicate that it has a fault. Please return it to the store for an exchange.
