Can't reinstall - old software won't remove.

Can't reinstall - old software won't remove.

I've tried it all from deleting all files,inf files, and makeing sure reqistry is correct. I still can not get by the the old program needs to be removed error.
Any other thoughts or suggestions?
Saitek- are you working on a new sst progam fix yet?
