Pro Gamer Comand Unit and Profile Launcher

Please help.

I just purchase the Pro Gamer Command Unit and am having a problem with the profile launcher.

It simply won't run. I don't know what to do...

I am running XP Pro. I have downloaded the latest drivers and have them running.

I do not have an icon for the launcher in my task bar. When I run it from the start menu, I get an hour glass for an instant and then nothing.

Looking at my processes, I have a process called ProfilerU.exe that runs just after starting the profile launcher.

So, I cannot load a profile into the command unit. I tried the FPS mode in a game and it works, but I need to load a profile for WOW and can't do that without the profile launcher.

One thing I am confused about. The profile launcher has never worked, even with the original drivers. But when I ran the downloaded update file, it had to uninstall the previous version. After the latest update was finished, I had to run the CD again to get the software installed again because it was removed by the patch. I could not find anything that said that this was the correct thing to do and I did not see any updates for the software for the command unit on the website.

I did see this section on the website:
For all those who want to use the programming software with the non WHQL'd drivers: you'll need to download the matching SST software found here:' sst_151205_32.exe

But the chart below did not specify that the drivers I downloaded were non WHQL'd. Is this the problem? Do I need to download the non WHQL'd Software?

Please help. I just want to get this thing installed.
