I have an X-52 and was trying to update the driver and SST programming. I have the install disc which I had to use. Every time I try to install the drivers I get reconfiguring document viewer at which point it asks for an install disc with "DocumentViewer *.msi" on it. I had the same problem when I initially installed the X-52 but don't remember how I fixed it. Any help please.

I have tried everything from going to microsoft boards and search on the web. I think it had something to do with .net framework before. EVERYTHING is updated to current - all drivers, software, DX ect. I have tried microsoft update custom but no updates listed for anything...

My system is Dell XPS 400 3ghz HT dual processor, 1 gig RAM, ATI X 850 PE 256 mb video...

HELP Please...

Hi,

The only error I can find that matches up with that has to do with HP's Image Zone software. Do you have that software installed? If so then have a look at this link for a possible fix:
