Another weird problem. My P2500 was working fine, but one day i left it plugged in and powered off my computer for the night. The next time i started the PC to my horror the saitek pad did not activate, the blue light wasnt even on telling me it was receiving power and Windows diddnt even know it was plugged in.
I then tried the pad on my laptop to see if it was a fault, the pad diddnt activate. It must be faulty i thought.
6 months later i decided to give the pad another try with my PC and to my suprise it worked!! ......until i left it plugged into the PC - the next time i switched on the pad failed to startup.
Then i tried the obvious, unplug and re-attach the USB pad - A Windows pop up box appeared stating that the USB device had malfunctioned and may not work properly. The pad is no longer detected by Windows
Whats going on?? Ive tried using USB Nuke and rebooting the PC also.
(Windows XP SP2)
