This (http://www.saitekforum.com/showthread.php?t=4555) by any chance?

As it says Saitek & others are required to have a warning even though the quantities in the cable are miniscule.

Kinda true but not the full story.......Its the material its made of that causes concern, it is the same stuff that is used to make 'o' rings. It is said that if this material gets into the blood stream it can be dangerous....Now in order for it to get into the body two things have to happen firstly you would need to burn it to liberate the chemical that can cause cancer. secondly point of entry is usually under the finger nails or open wound..

How do I know this..I worked in hydraulic engineering there were warnings everywhere about this for when we needed oxy/propane to get the cylinders appart "To Avoid touching 'burnt 'o' rings' "

hope it helps....

Hi!
English is not my native language so what does cord mean, which part is the cord on a game pad, and is there a cord on a joystick (for example X52)?

Thanks!

the cable from the pad/joystick to the PC/console (or in the X52 also between the throttle & stick).

It's a non-issue really - just California scaremongering
I imagine that they have to be RoHS (http://www.rohs.gov.uk/) compliant too now.
