I have installed the software several times from cd and from website the axis work fine also the rudder thing but the keys i hav assigned in the sst are not working even in wordpad just like in this post

I've made also the prfact -s thing but it says
a previus attempt to install magic bus failed. would you like to try now?
when i click ok it says
the saitek configuration software needs to be installed before running this application.
but it is already installed it appears in add remove programs on control panel
btw after the first attempt to install the drivers and the sst i got a crash on my devices manager thing... now every time i check it it looks clr... its not showing any devices here is a screenshot of it

as u can c my devices manager or "administrador de dispositivos" (my windows version is in spanish)... now its not showing my installed devices.
plz any help on this :confused:
PS. Im using windows 2000 professional (in spanish) service pack 4 if it matters but i guess not since my old evo worked nice till the day it got damaged :( and I used the same OS and service packs with that one btw also I've tried installing the software from the cd of my old evo 1.1 (new evo has 1.3) but anyway it is not working
