Hi,I just bought a Saitek gaming keyboard and it works great!,only one problem, the cable on the Command pad is to short for my needs.
I drove around town looking for extension cables but nobody seemed to recognize the plug.
It seems to be a little larger than an rj45.
I need about another foot of cable if anyone knows the name of this plug and cable that would be great!

FYI: I've been doing some looking around, and I don't see anything under RJ-46, however, I do see RJ-45 10 wire plugs, and RJ50 10 wire plugs.. they both look like the same thing.. so that's what I'm hoping.. Google for "RJ45 10P10C" or "RJ50 10P10C" or just "RJ50".
I just ordered a RJ50 7ft cord, and a RJ50 inline F/F coupler (both wired straight thru 1:1) from www.connecttech.net.. I'm really hoping it will work for an extension.
I searched high and low on the internet.. hopefully this will save someone some time.. I'll post back once I get the cable, hopefully it's right and not too big or something.
I don't know if I'll use the gamepad much.. I already have most keys programmed, but it will be nice to get it hooked up with the cable out of the way. Anyway, it will look cool. :-P
I wish the keyboard had 2 USB ports and the gamepad was USB.. it would have made it alot easier.

Xigam,
Did the cable you purchased work?
