View Full Version : Trouble with Saitek and Nostromo

Hi all,

I've been a die hard Saitek Cyborg user since the original stick came out and recently purchased a Nostromo N52 to take the wear and tear off of my keyboard. I use a Cyborg 3D USB gold for playing my games, mainly BF:1942. Unfortunately, since installing the N52, my stick no longer works in 1942! I can't find any conflicts in the WinXP hardware manager, and when I check the game controllers in the control panel, both appear to work fine. I have not yet checked any IRQ's or the like. I haven't checked the stick under any other games yet, but seeing as 1942 is my most-used game I'll likely return the N52 if I can't get the things to work together.

Thanks for any info whatsoever!

PS: I tried to see if this has been answered elsewhere, but no luck yet!

BF42 is apparently (I don't play it myself) really only happy with 1 controller attached.
Iirc there is a workaround posted here somewhere - I'm sure that someone will post the link.
