X52 vs. Vista64 = problems?

Hello gentlemen,
I become mad since I bought this fake (Vista64 Home Premium ) SW in May..
Almost nothing works correctly.
But I am really bored with the fact, that my X52 doesn´t work.
My PC: Win Vista64 Home Premium (original SW)
CPU: AMD X2 5200+
GPU: Nvidia 8600GT (was not a good idea to buy this also)
RAM: 2GB RAM 800MHz
HDD: 250GB
Game: MS FSX

The problem:
without installed drivers of X52:
throttle and all buttons working, stick and all buttons on it don´t.
In gaming options - throttle and all buttons appear in correct way (sliders moving, buttons flashing when pushing them)
-stick and all buttons on it with no reaction in that window
Joystick is plugged in correctly, it´s permanently in USB.

drivers (not beta) and SST program installed:
throttle works as follows - small planes - when RPM reaching 50% of thrust, it stops, even throttle pushed to max. position.
- LevelD 767 - when throttle on idle position, thrust is also on idle. A little moving of throttle causes thrust increasing to 50% immediately. Pushing throttle to max. position, thrust reaching just 95-98% of its value.
stick - sometimes works, sometimes the same like when drivers are not installed = absolutely no reaction.

I have the latest drivers version, I have the latest SST SW version for Vista64.
Does anybody from tech support (or anybody else) have any idea, where could be a problem, please..? (somewhere between a chair and a keyboard - i know..:) )
But, seriously, it´s really annoying to have a brand new PC home and couldn´t fly...

What version of the software and drivers do you have installed (Control Panel\Game Controller\X52\About tab)?

You mention non-beta drivers in your post. You should be using the latest Beta2 drivers and software from the Announcements forum; anything else amd you'll have issues with Vista.

My drivers are version 6.0.4.1.
I have downloaded drivers from here:

Is there any other website, where I can download new drivers, pls..?

Those are the latest drivers that Saitek have released. Could be a physical problem with the stick, or some remembered calibration.

There are a few posts around where UKSupport demonstrates how to do a clean install of the drivers and reset of the calibration in Windows - have a search and maybe try some of those.

I have to check this first as well as far as the stick not working goes:

Is the stick plugged into the port on the back of the throttle?

If so then there could be a problem with it - are you able to test it on another PC to see if it works okay on there?

yes, stick plugged into the port correctly.. Before I bought a new PC, I used this nice joy for 12mths on XP without any single problem.
I tested on Sunday on my freind´s PC, he has almost the same PC (Vista64, Saitek X52 etc.), his joy works correctly there and so mine. It worked.
I really have no idea, where could be a problem.

Just a little notice.
Today, I downloaded new patches for OS. After PC restart, I tried joy (without drivers installed) on MS control panel - and it worked - sorry, the stick only. There was still a problem with the throttle (as I discribe above). I installed drivers, and there is still a problem with throttle, ¨but stick doesn´t work.:(

Unplug the controller, click Start>Run, type regedit and click OK. In the Registry Editor browse to the following folders in order:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER
SYSTEM
CurrentControlSet
Control
MediaProperties
PrivateProperties
DirectInput

And delete the VID_06A3&PID_0762 folder. Plug the controller back in, rotate and twist the stick fully a couple of times and see if that has fixed it.

I have just those folders in that directory..: SaitekHotKeys, SaitekKeyboard,
SaitekMouse, VID0458&PID_001B, VID06A3&PID_0255, VID06A3&PID_5081
No such folder, you wrote, in there..:(

Sorry - I gave you the folder for the X52 Pro. Delete that VID06A3&PID_0255 folder and then reconnect the X52 to see if it helps.
