I bought an X52 Pro a couple of weeks ago, it worked fine up until a couple of days ago..

The problem im having is not so significant yet its annoying. When i twist the rudder left and then right, the 3 switch buttons on the bottom of the stick turn red. If i unplug the joystick and plug it back in, they show in green but again after twisting the rudder once to the left and the right it immidietly turns red.

I tried using the sample program that was provided with the SDK to manually change the LED lights on thoes buttons, it only works when i initially plug the joystick and the lights are green, after i twist the rudder clicking on any of the buttons to change colors doesnt work and they stay red.

I must say that the functionality of the buttons isnt defective, they still work as intended. But i do find it a bit annoying where they turn from green to red during flight just because i twisted the rudder.

Also, it doesnt matter if i twist the rudder left and then right, or right then left. Both occurences turn the lights red.

If i twist the rudder right, and then center, then twist it right again, the lights stay green, but as soon as i twist it left (after twisting it right) it will go red. (all 3 buttons)

Any ideas?

go back to the forum root and look in the announcmens section for the beta2 drivers and SST, install both of those after uninstalling the drivers you got with it and give em a bash. if it keeps doing it after that then you have a faulty stick and need to take it back for a swop.

This is probably the "direction light" edition to signal that you are going left or right in the game... this very rare version is compatible with bots version 2.124A and is sponsored by the ICAO to make our virtual sky a better place to fly.

Seriously enough, this is a case for a RMA.
