No default gain check box in properties.

There is no default gain for my Cyborg 3D Force. I remember reading advice to
tick the default gain always on box under the Force tab in Control Panel/Game
Controllers/ Cyborg 3D Force/Properties. There is not a default gain always on
box, there is only the default gain slider.
My OS is the 64-bit version of Vista Home Basic. Motherboard is the Asus
A8R-32 MVP Deluxe. The joystick is the Cyborg 3D Force. I have the latest 64-bit Vista drivers.

game controllers
properties
about tab, and let me know what driver and software versions you have.

In the test screen does force feedback work?
If you move the gain slider and click apply do you feel any difference?
