When I plugged in the Eclipse Keyboard and turned the computer on, I got a keyboard failure message.
My prior keyboard was a Logitech Wireless Keyboard & Mouse combination. In order to install the Eclipse, I disconnected the Logitech Wireless Keyboard and attached the adaptor to the Eclipse cable and plugged it into the PS2 outlet for the keyboard. I got a keyboard failure message.
Next, I disconnected my printer from a USB port and plugged the Eclipse cable into the USB port. I did not reconnect the Logitech keyboard. While the computer was booting up, the blue light lit up at the number 1 (above the F keys). The keyboard still did not work.
Finally, I removed the Eclipse keyboard and reconnected the Logitech Wireless cable. When I turned the computer on again, the Logitech Wireless Keyboard worked fine.
Could there be a problem with keeping the Logitech Wireless Mouse connected while trying to use the Eclipse keyboard?
Would appreciate any suggestions.
