I have only just taken pocession of the X52 pro and Pedals today. My operating system is Windows Vista {premium]
I am trying to work through the manual but from the start what is seen in the maual is something I am not getting on my PC. Should I revert back to Windows XP only truthfully Windows Vista is a pain in the butt. I need to work stage by stage through the manual. or as a secondary requests are there any Flight Simmers X who have made profiles. As a man aged 75 one becomes a little senile so this really is a may day signal Please Help:confused:

There are new Vista drivers available at the Saitek Site, but the Vista version of the SST profiling software is not finished yet.
Personally I'm liking Vista, though a lot of vendors are not fully supporting it with healthy drivers and software yet. The Saitek drivers work fine on my X45 but I can't wait for SST :)

Thomas E66 Many thanks for the info. I think I can be patient enough to wait. Its nice to know there are people who will make the effort to answer a query, and my Military nature [22 years Royal Signals] is that I thank you for the reply. Have a nice day

So you were Air Formation Signals - I take it you're not a member of the AFS Regiments Association, then?
Lots of members these days, lots of war stories & lamp swinging - sandbag is deffo SOP requirement... :)
The only place on your list I didn't go was Bahrain - too hot 'n' dusty anyhow... :D
Is Smudger your online nick ingame, too?
