View Full Version : Display of FS Comms on MFD?

At the Birmingam Flight Sim show this weekend at the SAITEK stand I saw an X52 set up to display (and change) settings on the FS comms panel - all shown on the X52 MFD - freqs, squawks, Navs, everything. That's for me!, I decided - so I bought one..

I'm not much of a whiz with configuring these things, so I loaded the included FS2004 DAT file - but no sign of any fancy comms display on the MFD - could someone please advise me how this was done - or better still - send the DAT file!?

Regards - and thanks for a great product.

Hi,

I'm afraid you've got the X52 which doesn't feature that functionality. The stick you saw (and if you think back you'll note that it did look different - it was all black for a start) was the X52 Pro which is due out in January. Sorry, but you would need to return the X52 to us and await the release of the Pro version if you want the comms functionality on the MFD. Contact techsupport@saitek.com explaining the situation and they should be able to help.
