I have a Gamer keyboard with the command pad and have a very similar problem to that outlined in the support page. Specifically my PC now asks me to plug in a supported programmable controller when I attempt to access the SST icon. The profiler launch icon has also stopped appearing as a task bar icon on start up. Consequently I am unable to use the command pad. It has worked perfectly up to this point and I have not made any changes to my system. Unfortunately the link referred to on the supprt support page, shown below for information, does not appear to exist in the text. Could someone please provide me with the required link. I did e-mail tech support last week but have had no reply.
Regards,
Kingswood.
From the support page,
> Q1: I have Windows XP and I the keyboard was working fine. I turned on the PC today and when I try and open the Saitek Smart Technology icon on my desktop it tells me to plug in a "Supported Controller." If I then try and reinstall I run into similar problems to those in Q1, above. What's gone wrong?

> A1: If you experience this then download the file from the link in Q1 above and follow the instructions to install it. You won't have to reinstall the programming software though because it is already installed.
